Shipping Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRODUCTS WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON.
Shipping prices are average pricing, we charge a flat $5.95 for Ground Advantage. $10.95 to upgrade to Priority shipping. All orders over $35.00 (not including discounts) will receive free shipping automatically.
We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages.
We ship all packages through UPS Ground Advantage, if you would like your shipping upgraded please choose an upgrade at checkout.
We do our absolute best to ship out same business day or next business day of your order. We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays. Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order is not counted if your order is placed after 1pm Pacific.
All transfers ship out of Southern California.
Also be sure to check that all details within your shipping address are correct before placing an order. We will not reprint or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
If your order is late or missing, please contact us after completing the following checklist;
- First check your tracking information for any updates.
- Next, check with your local post office if the tracking information shows your shipment as delivered and you have not received it.
